VibeEDU Inclusion Impact Fellowship

Supporting educators. Strengthening classrooms. Transforming education from the inside out.

Educators today are facing rising behavioral needs, emotional dysregulation, increasing neurodiversity, academic pressure, and burnout—often without the systems needed to support students effectively.

Most professional development still relies on one-time workshops that inspire educators in the moment but leave them alone to implement change.

The result:

  • Overwhelmed teachers

  • Reactive discipline systems

  • Inconsistent classroom support for students

Real transformation requires more than information. It requires implementation, coaching, and community. That is the purpose of the VibeEDU Fellowship.

The VibeEDU Foundation equips educators with practical systems, coaching, and community so they can create inclusive, emotionally safe classrooms where students and teachers thrive.

Our Vision:

We envision schools where:

  • Educators feel confident and supported

  • Classrooms are designed for belonging

  • Students—especially neurodivergent learners—experience safety, connection, and opportunity

When educators are supported, entire school communities change.

The Challenge in Today's Schools

Across the country, educators are navigating:

  • Increasing behavioral challenges

  • Emotional dysregulation in classrooms

  • Growing neurodiversity and inclusion needs

  • Teacher burnout and staffing shortages

  • Pressure to improve academic outcomes

Yet most professional development is:

  • One-time

  • Theoretical

  • Disconnected from daily implementation

Without sustained support, change rarely lasts.

The VibeEDU Fellowship

A 3-Month Implementation Experience for Educators

The fellowship is designed to help educators move from inspiration to implementation.

Participants engage in a structured experience that combines immersive learning, coaching, and real classroom integration.

Phase 1: Immersive Learning Experience

Educators begin with a high-energy, hands-on experience focused on the real challenges facing classrooms today.

Participants explore:

  • Adult regulation and professional resilience

  • Neurodiversity-informed classroom systems

  • Proactive behavior frameworks

  • Culture-building strategies that increase belonging

  • Strategic implementation planning

Phase 2: Coaching and Strategic Support

Participants leave with:

  • A clear action roadmap

  • Practical classroom systems

  • Alignment with leadership teams

Implementation begins with guidance and accountability.

Fellows receive:

  • Targeted coaching sessions

  • Leadership alignment

  • Real-time problem solving

  • Implementation feedback

This phase ensures ideas turn into action.

Phase 3: Implementation in Practice

Over the following months, educators continue building and refining systems with structured support.

This includes:

  • Virtual coaching touchpoints

  • Cohort collaboration

  • Progress checkpoints

  • On-site coaching and classroom modeling

We remain engaged while change is happening.

What Educators Learn

Throughout the fellowship, participants develop practical skills that improve classroom environments immediately:

  • Understanding the root causes of student behavior

  • Emotional regulation and co-regulation strategies

  • Inclusive systems that support neurodivergent learners

  • De-escalation strategies

  • Executive functioning supports for students

These systems help teachers feel more confident while helping students feel more successful.

Expanding Access for Educators

Many educators want this support but lack access to funding.

Through partnerships with school districts, foundations, and community sponsors, the VibeEDU Foundation works to ensure educators from a wide range of communities can participate in the fellowship.

Partners help expand access by:

  • Funding educator fellowships

  • Sponsoring school cohorts

  • Supporting implementation in under-resourced schools

Together we can reach more educators and more students.

The Outcome

When one educator builds capacity, a classroom shifts.

When a cohort builds capacity, a school shifts.

When adult capacity increases, systems evolve.

The VibeEDU Fellowship is not simply professional development.

It is a structured investment in the people shaping the future of education.

Supporting educators. Strengthening classrooms. Transforming education from the inside out.
